As far back as I can remember, my parents cooked dinner together every evening with music playing in the background. Night after night, our kitchen became a place of laughter, conversation, and connection. It wasn’t just how we ate—it was how we lived.

When my father unexpectedly passed away, I found myself returning to the kitchen. Cooking became my way of feeling close to him again, reconnecting with the place and memories that had always felt like home. From that journey, Mina’s Catering was born—an homage to my father, my childhood, and the roots that continue to shape who I am.

Today, every menu we create is inspired by that same belief: that the best moments in life happen around a table. Food has the remarkable ability to bring people together, create lasting memories, and celebrate life’s most meaningful occasions.
